Gratitude in Trying Times [Infographic]
W ow! November is here, and we are looking at the end of what has been a truly trying year. I can tell all of you that for me, like many of you, this year was not what I was expecting. I, like many of you, found it hard to be optimistic and grateful. Finding empowerment and empowered financials was particularly hard for me. That is why I want to remind everyone of the impact having a gratitude practice can have in your life. Now, it may be harder to find things to be grateful for and we may have to dig deep, as I mentioned in my podcast this month. The infographic below describes some of the data that shows us the incredible positive effects practicing gratitude can have on your professional and personal lives, not to mention your finances.
Gratitude- It Does Us Good!
Gratitude can cause a significant impact in our lives as you can see above. So, how do we start to practice gratitude? As you may remember from my previous podcast The Gratitude Gangster Vismaya Rubin, we start small and let it grow from there. I suggest that during this month, we embark on a gratitude journal. We will be offering a daily prompt for your journal entry on our Private Facebook Group. Join today and follow us in a gratitude journey. Additionally, I suggest that everyone take a gratitude assessment, creating a list of all things that have been positive from you this year. Lastly, reach out to all those who you are thankful for and let them know. Write to those you appreciate and let them know by Thanksgiving Day.
I would like to take this moment, as I did last year in my blog, Incredibly Thankful, to mention all of you: every single person who has download and subscribed to the podcast, who reads my blogs and follows Empowered Worth on social media. To all of you who have started the journey toward empowered finances, thank you for selecting Empowered Worth as your educational platform of choice. Lastly, to all of you who make up Empowered Worth, thank you for your tireless work whether it was as a guest on the podcast, worked on a podcast and website administration. Thank you!
